Job Position: HR Trainee
Job Location: Lagos

Brief

• We currently in need of Youth Corpers who are currently serving in Lagos State.

Responsibilities

• S/he will be responsible for providing assistance to managers and employees with respect to HR Policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitments, benefits and the health and safety program.
• The ideal candidate will assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of human resource policy whilst creating and distributing of documents and setting appointments.
• She will also assist in arranging meetings with clients and maintaining calenders of HR management team preparing spreadsheets and compiling reports.

Requirements

• To fit in this role, you must have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Human Resources.
• You must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must be a computer literate and must have a passion for human resources.
• You must be currently serving in Lagos state.
