Job Position: Human Resource Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description and Responsibilities
Its not limited to the following;

• Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company's market share
• Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development
• Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
• Must be IT Savvy
• Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
• Strong Business Acumen
• Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team

Qualifications and Experience

• HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Marketing or other related discipline. PGD/M.Sc is also an advantage
• Professional qualification will be an advantage
• At least 5 to 7 years HR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
• Proven experience in human resource and training will be an advantage.
• Must be emotionally stable
