Job Position: Human Resource Generalist

Job Location: Abuja

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our fast-growing fintech team.
• The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
• Contribute to HR process improvement and culture-building efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within fintech or tech-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
