Qualifications

• Age Limit: 30-40 years
• Minimum of 5-7 years of managerial experience in a retail business.
• Minimum of a First degree (B.Sc. Social Sciences, Humanities from a reputable university.
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)

Technical / Professional Experience

• Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience
• Sound knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Information Technology skills
• Good facilitation and presentation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills Good team player.
