Job Summary


  • We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to join our clients team in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 
  • This role requires a proactive leader who can drive HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top industry talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in line with company policies.
  • Oversee HR data management, reporting, and workforce analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop HR initiatives that enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge ofNigerian labor lawsand HR best practices.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
