Job Description

• The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• This role is key in ensuring the company’s workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Manage payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR records and manage employee documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• People-oriented and results-driven personality.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
