We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Manager 

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Jagawa, Kano & Sokoto

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and grievance resolution.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, as well as regulations related to international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), EU, and USAID projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure HR support for successful project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Social Sciences / Management Science
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) setting.
  • Familiarity with EU and USAID project management requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Compensation

  • Salary: N850,000 - N950,000 Monthly (Carifika Band 7).
