Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Ogba-Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop, manage and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Engage employee properly and coordinate the development plans and performance management
• Keep-up-to date with latest HR trends and best practice
  .
• Management of recruitment, selection, placement process, database and payroll.
• Drive key indicators in employees maintaining the highest ethical behaviour at all times.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Human Resource Management or related field with a minimum of five years cognate experience on the field, including relevant professional certifications
• Proven working experience excellent communications skills as HR Executive with people management skills
• Exhibit knowledge and experience in human resources metrics, systems and databases, with great work ethics
• Superb computer literacy skills.

Renumeration
Commensurate with industry standards.
