Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Amuwo-odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions within the institution.
• This includes recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and school policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and education sector standards.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
