Job Position: Human Resources Assistant Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Assistant Manager to support our HR department's daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to driving employee engagement and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance reviews and training programs.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
• Organize employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Membership with a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
