The Company produces high-quality Day-Old Chicks and Point of Cage Pullets. Over the years, we have remained focused on our main objective to produce high quality chicks, in a highly hygienic environment leveraging innovative solutions grounded in Research and Development.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Location: Akinyele, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
- Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement effective recruitment and selection programmes that are cost effective
- Ensure Adherence to occupational Health and Safety
- Community relations and Liaison
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Ensure all employees participate in the mid/end of the year appraisal
- Give feedback after the recruitment process
- Organized training for natnudO staff members
- Liaise and provide advisory to the HOBs, interact with Internal departments and Internal operations to ensure business continuity and result
- Management of Talent within the system
- Management of Induction programs
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
- Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field with 5 + years of experience.
- A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is preferred.
