We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Location: Akinyele, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose


  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
  • Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement effective recruitment and selection programmes that are cost effective
  • Ensure Adherence to occupational Health and Safety
  • Community relations and Liaison
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Ensure all employees participate in the mid/end of the year appraisal
  • Give feedback after the recruitment process
  • Organized training for natnudO staff members
  • Liaise and provide advisory to the HOBs, interact with Internal departments and Internal operations to ensure business continuity and result
  • Management of Talent within the system
  • Management of Induction programs
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
  • Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field  with 5 + years of experience.
  • A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is an added advantage.
  • Professional HR certification, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is preferred.
