Responsibilities

• Utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, Recruitment Officers actively seek out potential candidates. They may also attend job fairs and networking events to connect with talent in person.
• After collecting applications, Recruitment Officers review resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job criteria. They conduct initial screenings, which may include phone interviews, to further narrow down the pool of applicants.
• To verify the qualifications and experiences of candidates, Recruitment Officers conduct reference checks. This step is crucial in ensuring that the selected candidates have a solid background and are a good fit for the organization.
• Maintaining clear communication with candidates is essential.
• Recruitment Officers often dedicate time to networking, whether through social media platforms like LinkedIn or attending industry events. Building relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals is key to successful recruitment.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
