Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 200 stores (outlets) across Nigeria and Kenya.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• This position is responsible for managing & administering the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Conduct the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Manage Employee lifecycle from hire to exit
• Preparation of HR monthly reports.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Manage the company HIRS to ensure information accuracy. 
• Manage relationships with HR vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Member or Student member of  CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, or any relevant HR Professional certification is an advantage
• 5 - 7 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll administration
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of any HIRS
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practice
• Self-motivated individual
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
