We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees. They're also in charge of making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
