Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, Onboarding processes and Off-boarding
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee training and development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
• Support current and future business needs through talent development and engagement.
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Handle employee payroll, benefits administration, and performance appraisals.
