Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Foster positive management-employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, pay plans, and benefits programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and implement relevant training programs.
• Provide HR metrics and insights to support management decision-making.
• Develop and implement programs to engage, motivate, and retain employees.
• Design, implement, and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain employee data, records, and confidentiality.
• Lead a team of HR officers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance and wage reviews, and develop clear policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on HR-related matters.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
