Responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent acquisition for production and administrative roles
• Employee relations and engagement in a manufacturing setting
• Benefits and compensation administration
• Policy development and implementation to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and compliance
• Training and development programs for production staff.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of proven HR experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
