Job Position: Human Resources Manager / Trainer

Job Summary

• We are looking for an HR trainer with expertise in work ethics for tutors.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector, particularly in training educators on maintaining professionalism, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and fostering positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on work ethics for tutors, covering areas like punctuality, effective communication, class attendance, and professionalism.
• Provide strategies to minimize classroom distractions and maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Evaluate and improve teaching methods to ensure alignment with Brint Online School's values and curriculum standards.
• Design workshops and materials that address the challenges tutors face in an online or hybrid learning environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR training or as an educator with a focus on teacher development.
• Strong knowledge of ethical teaching practices and their impact on student learning.
• Ability to design and implement engaging and practical training sessions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with online or blended learning models is a plus.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND
