Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Officer to support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• The successful candidate will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal systems.
• Handle employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and development programs.
• Support HR policy development and organizational culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of practical HR experience.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
