Saro Lifecare, a division of Saro Africa International operates in the Personal & Household Products Segment of the FMCG Industry in Nigeria, and is expanding its products range and manufacturing operations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hypermarket Merchandizer

Job Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Benin - Edo and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Ensure that stocks are available in respective stores and are properly shelved at eye level with the right types and quantities of products
• Display, arrange, price, and orientate products in store
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and offtake
• Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers
• Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
• Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.

Qualifications for Merchandiser

• NCE / OND qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Strong negotiation Skills
• Excellent commercial acumen.
