Overview

  • We need an interior architect to work with our client who will be responsible for creating designs.

Job Description

  • Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design
  • Take project “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
  • Work with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer.
  • Strong project management and communication abilities.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful interior design projects.
  • Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
