Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited was licensed in 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a microfinance bank,to take advantage of the new finance opportunity of providing banking services to the unserved but economically active population that cannot meet the requirement of the traditional commercial banks.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following:

• • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in a related field
• • Must have 3 years professional experience with at least 2 years in Auditing, Control & Compliance in any financial institution 
• • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
• • Excellent communication and organization skills
• • Ideally good knowledge of popular core banking products.
• • Experience in implementing policies and procedures, including process evaluation and documentation
• • A demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting and internal controls
