Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

General Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to organization's rules and policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits for accuracy.
• Compare physical counts with system records to find discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Maintain precise inventory records.
• Prepare detailed reports on reconciliation findings.
• Communicate discrepancies promptly to stakeholders.
• Streamline reconciliation processes for efficiency.
• Analyze inventory data for process improvements.
• Generate reports to track inventory accuracy and trends.
• Provide management insights based on data analysis.
• Collaborate across teams for process enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond promptly to inquiries on inventory.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and movements.
• Implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train and mentor inventory staff.

Physical Skills:

• Precise handling of inventory items during audits and counts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items for extended periods.
• Accurate visual inspection of items and records.
• Efficiently managing tasks like counting and sorting.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
