We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory / Store Manager

Job Location: Agege / Ipaja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Business Owner / Operations Manager

Job Summary

• The Inventory / Store Manager will be responsible for managing all stock-related activities, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage of imported clothing, and smooth movement of goods from delivery to sales.
• The role also supports store operations to prevent stock loss and shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all imported clothing items and store supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or digital)
• Monitor stock levels and report low or excess stock
• Organize and manage the store/warehouse to ensure proper storage and easy access
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure product availability
• Prepare simple inventory reports for management

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory, storekeeping, or retail management
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems or spreadsheets
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and honesty
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Skills & Competencies:

• Inventory management
• Organization and time management
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage)
• Communication and teamwork.

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
