We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• IT Officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems/server, network infrastructure, printer and scanners as well as provide Tier-1 level support on the EMR to all users.

Other Responsibilities:

• Providing daily operations, systems and technical support across the company
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Conducting monthly system backup operations
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
• Learning/mastering all aspect of the EMR while keeping up with the latest upgrade
• Setting up accounts for staff on EMR software, educate them and resolve issues arising
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields.
• Minimum of 1-year of relevant work experience

• Have the ability to multitask, work under pressure, take initiative, and acquire and apply technical skills as necessary.
