Job Position: IT Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a qualified IT Officer whose responsibility is to maintain, upgrade and manage hersoftware, hardware and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Install; Internet, POS systems, CCTV, UPS, etc. in all new stores when its needed
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 3 - 4 years work experience.
• Cloud Computing to include AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Ms Server 2012 R2 Administration (AD, Forest, Domain Management)
• Practical Networking experience (routing, switching and VPN)
• Firewall and security, WAN, LAN, structure cabling
• IP camera and PC hardware management and troubleshooting
• Use of ODOO/SAPAD would be an advantage
