Job Position: IT Support Officer

Job Location: Ajah, Lekki Epe Expressway - Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Offer daily operations and systems support to Clients
• Setting up of computer for new outlet
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• CCTV Installation and maintenance
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Conduct consistent network backup operations
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Setting up accounts for clients, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
• Install and train end users of Point of Sale Software
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licenses.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N20,000 - N30,000 / month.
