We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


1.) Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for the daily routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department not limited to Training and Development; Compensation and benefits; Talent Management; Employee Engagement; HR analytics and Dashboard; Goal and KPI setting; and enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development:

  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
  • Review individual and organizational development needs.
  • Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide? such as coaching? job-shadowing? online training and so on
  • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other training where applicable.
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Organize hiring and training activities.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

  • Assist in managing the Talent Management and Succession Planning (TMSP) function in HR.
  • Administering of the talent management program, and succession planning for key positions at the cluster level.
  • Involve working closely with Line Managers and various stakeholders on talent identification, development, and engagement initiatives at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
  • Nominations for development/leadership initiatives and programs.
  • Planning and executing annual talent review.
  • Succession planning conversations with senior leaders, as well as a review of talent management frameworks and strategies.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for employee engagement activities and events.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication, feedback, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and execute engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in promoting employee engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.

HR Analytics and Dashboard:

  • Conduct analysis of HR data, including but not limited to employee data, compensation data, performance data, and survey data.
  • Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work with HR leadership and stakeholders to define key metrics and develop dashboards to monitor progress and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for HR strategy based on data analysis.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.

KPI & Goal Setting:

  • Develop and implement goal-setting and KPI programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify performance metrics that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals in setting and achieving their goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to goal setting and KPI programs.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards to track progress toward organizational goals.
  • Train and educate teams and individuals on the importance of goal setting and performance measurement.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of goal setting and KPI programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in other related courses, Human Resources in second degree is an added advantage.
  • Overall, 10 years of cognitive experience in HR structured department especially in the Manufacturing Sector
  • 5 years of experience in Policy Making and Execution.
  • 5 years in Routine HR Functions
  • 5 years of Managerial Exposure with C-Suits & Board.
  • HR Certifications are required(CIPM, SPHRi etc)

2.) Electrical Engineer (Design)

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be expected to design and implement complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.
  • To do well in this role you should be a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience as an electrical engineer.
  • Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
  • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  • Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
  • Supervising or training project team members.
  • Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
  • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems
  • Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations
  • Maintaining electrical equipment.
  • Working with a variety of technicians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Electrical Engineer ·
  • Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
  • Licensed as a professional engineer
  • Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
  • Proficient in design and calculation software.

3.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our business model and a proven ability to communicate with senior internal team members (Group Heads/Chiefs/GMD etc.) and external contacts (consultants, investors, partners, and clients)
  • Ensure services are delivered to clients within agreed timelines.
  • Achieve a high customer satisfaction rating by delivering superior customer service experience to our clients.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market reach.
  • Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects proactively.
  • Must clearly understand the Energy industry(Solar), delivery, limitations, and advantages over others.
  • Facilitate seamless flow of operational information to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, product positioning, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to position our solutions effectively.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, or Solar Energy industry is vital.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to design and make PowerPoint presentations.
