1.) Shift Operations Manager (Bakery Operations)

Job Location: Omole / Ojodu Berger - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Role

• The incumbent must be highly experienced in Bakery Management and will be responsible for overseeing the entire production processes including packaging and Management of production staff to achieve production targets and overall company objectives
• Coordinate the entire production Process of the branch to achieve the company objectives.
• Ensure products are baked, packaged and presented according to company specification
• Ensure high hygiene standards are kept and the production area and staff are clean
• Implement strategies to minimize cost and reduce wastages
• Manage all production staff including supervisors to achieve desired objectives
• Motivate, evaluate and conduct staff appraisals
• Do a forward planning of all production related activities to prevent stockout
• Timely request of raw materials
• Ensure production is carried out in compliance with the company production and safety standards
• Premix preparation and processing to meet company standard
• Timely preparation, generation and presentation of reports
• Responsible for inventory of stock
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.

2.) Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Omole / Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support them
• Write and develop job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts
• Manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones
• Appoint, develop and retain the right staff
• Ensure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organisation
• Plan and sometimes deliver training, including new staff inductions
• Deal with staff welfare and administration-centred activities
• Advise on pay and other benefits
• Undertake salary reviews and manage redundancy programs
• Ddvise line managers in how to implement policies and procedures
• Liaise with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
• Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintain employee records
• Carry out strategy and planning activities and develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements
• Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
• Interpret and advise on employment law
• Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
• Analyse training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

3.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Omole / Ojodu Berger - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities
Finance:

• Ensure full accountability of unshipped stocks & Outstanding with requisite controls; reporting exceptions on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure appropriate control to expose Driver shortages on daily basis with appropriate reports to the accountant for sanctions for defaulters
• Ensure a process of daily review and reconciliation of Order to sales cycle with full accountability of all invoices emanating from the Cash Office through functional reconciliation of sales invoices/dispatch records/security validation and ensure their full validations and postings into then ERP
• Performs regular cycle stock counts of Finished Goods and ensure proper reconciliation of Opening stocks, Production of Finished Goods, Closing Stocks of Finished Goods for both day and night shifts; establishing shot/overs as may be applicable
• Ensure appropriate reconciliations and analysis of trade returns with requisite recommendations to the accountant
• Drive through the established procedures & Policy for Sub-Standard product Sales & reconciliations
• Tracking the movement of Finished Goods in & out of the Bakery for proper reconciliation and tracking of number of loaves taken as staff bread
• Ensure oversight supervisory responsibility on the Product dispatchers to enable flawless establishment of unsupplied invoices and customer service-related issues
• Other analytical responsibilities & reporting as may be assigned by the Accountant.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
