- This strategic role will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and forge high-value partnerships within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement robust commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify and execute new market opportunities, product innovations, and go-to-market models.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
Partnerships & Business Development:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts, alliances, and joint ventures.

Sales & Distribution Excellence:
- Oversee national and regional sales operations for strong execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in FMCG, including 6+ years at senior management level.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, partnerships, and business results.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG value chain, distribution, and retail networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

2.) Executive Assistant to the CEO & Business Director

- We areseeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and Business Director.
- This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—acting as a trusted partner who ensures the smooth execution of priorities, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment of internal operations with leadership’s vision.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s and Business Director’s calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prioritize and filter communication to ensure leadership’s time is spent on high-value activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Project & Operational Coordination:
- Track and follow up on action items across departments to ensure execution of leadership priorities.
- Support preparation and coordination of internal strategy sessions, performance reviews, and cross-functional projects.
- Assist in aligning internal operations with the company’s strategic direction.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and external stakeholders including investors, partners, donors, and government officials.
- Draft and review correspondence, proposals, and reports to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Research & Strategic Briefings:
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for meetings and external engagements.
- Ensure the CEO and Business Director are fully prepared for all internal and external commitments.
Execution & Accountability:
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Monitor deadlines, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring momentum is maintained across initiatives.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to keep leadership informed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a senior operations role (experience in high-growth or international organizations is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

3.) Fleet Manager (Heavy Duty Vehicles)

- Our organization is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and ensure the effective management of our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles.
- This role requires a results-oriented professional with proven expertise in managing large-scale fleet operations in Nigeria, ensuring maximum vehicle uptime, strict cost control, driver discipline, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring timely deployment and availability.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee roadworthiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with FRSC, VIO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Control fuel usage, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory.
- Set performance standards for drivers and mechanics, enforcing discipline and safety.
- Investigate accidents, breakdowns, and incidents with proper documentation.
- Negotiate/manage contracts with service providers, workshops, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain fleet tracking/monitoring systems.
- Recruit, train, and supervise fleet staff to drive a performance-based culture.
- Manage fleet budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide management with accurate fleet performance and utilization reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or related field.
- 10 - 15 years of proven experience managing heavy-duty fleets in Nigeria (logistics, haulage, manufacturing, or FMCG).
- Professional certifications (CILT or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles, maintenance, and spare parts.
- Solid experience working with drivers, unions, workshops, and regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enforce discipline.
- Proficiency in fleet management systems & Microsoft Office tools.
