1.) Senior Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Supply Chain Specialist with deep expertise in shipping, air freight and export logistics.
- The Senior Supply Chain Coordinatorwill oversee and manage the full customs clearing process for both exports and imports via sea and air, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely cargo delivery.
- This role demands strong leadership, operational coordination, and up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, especially for sea, air cargo and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate air freight customs clearance for imports and exports at major Nigerian airports.
- Manage the preparation and submission of export documentation, including Form NXP, airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) regulations and documentation standards for all air freight and export transactions.
- Liaise with government agencies such as NAFDAC, SON, NDLEA, and NESREA to obtain necessary permits and clearances.
- Supervise the clearance process on the B’Odogwu platform, ensuring timely Duty Assessments, Customs Examinations, and Cargo Releases.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, airline ground handlers, transporters, and terminal operators to ensure efficient cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment timelines and proactively communicate status updates and clearance issues to clients.
- Resolve complex clearing issues and regulatory delays, escalating matters where necessary. ? Maintain accurate records of all clearing operations, including duty payments, documentation, and compliance audits.
- Support the development of junior clearing staff through training, guidance, and task delegation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Clearing, Haulage Operations) to align logistics operations with client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in sea, air freight customs clearing and export logistics.
- Solid knowledge of export procedures, international shipping documentation, and customs codes (HS classification).
- Proven ability to handle both air import and air export operations efficiently.
- Familiarity with B’Odogwu, the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) processes, and airline cargo handling procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority shipments under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software (ERP or TMS is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to airports or customs locations when required.
2.) Job Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
- The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end flow of logistics and customs-clearing processes.
- This includes liaising with customs, coordinating agents and transport, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing documentation, and driving timely delivery of goods to clients.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in operational follow-through and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Customs Liaison & Operational Flow:
- Ensure smooth operations across the logistics chain.
- Liaise with customs officers and ensure all required clearances are secured.
- Confirm the job type (Direct, Indirect, or Fast-Track) and coordinate accordingly.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clearing agents on file progression until TDO issuance.
- Rate Advising & Quote Management:
- Provide rate advice for quotations and logistics jobs.
- Coordinate with team members to finalize quotes and follow up as needed.
- Agent Allocation:
- Work with the Managing Director to assign agents to specific clearing and haulage tasks.
- Ensure that the most suitable agent is selected for each job to optimize efficiency.
- Loading &Transport Coordination:
- Allocate Truck Dispatch Order (TDO) and waybill to the assigned agent.
- Ensure units are loaded within 24 hours of TDO allocation.
- Track gate-out activities and ensure proper follow-up by designated agents.
- Clearing Operations Management:
- Secure necessary statutory clearances (e.g., SON, FOU, and enforcement).
- Handle logistics for fast-track examinations in collaboration with customs.
- Monitor gate-out and ensure compliance with port and customs protocols.
- Financial Oversight:
- Raise 80–90% of transport fees immediately after gate-out.
- Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding agent and client payments.
- Client Delivery & Payment Coordination:
- Monitor delivery of goods to client locations and confirm safe arrival.
- Follow up on and push for final payments post-delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in logistics, customs clearing, or transport coordination.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian customs and port operations.
- Knowledge of statutory regulatory bodies (SON, FOU, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
3.) IT / Product Manager
Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description
- The IT / Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of digital products and IT solutions that align with Fembol objectives.
- This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that products and systems are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
- The ideal candidate will manage product lifecycles and IT infrastructure initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Define and prioritize product features, roadmaps, and backlog items based on business needs and user feedback.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to build intuitive, high-impact digital products.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product innovation and positioning.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, and iterate based on data insights.
IT Project Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and scalability of IT platforms and services.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners to manage IT services, procurement, and compliance.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:
- Translate technical concepts into actionable business terms and vice versa.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and IT initiatives.
- Align technology solutions with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Team and Process Management:
- Champion Agile/Scrum or other development methodologies within product and IT teams.
- Guide, support, and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure proper documentation, QA, and testing protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of combined experience in product management, IT project management, or related technical roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, AWS, or Google Cloud) are desirable.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Understanding of API integrations, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch.
