We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to oversee the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, contract management, procurement processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects at various stages of design.
- Performing cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing and assessing tenders and contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and measuring variations.
- Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Preparing and issuing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Conducting risk, value management, and cost control processes.
- Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proper utilisation of human resources as well as materials.
Requirements
- HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Having a proven work experience of over 4 - 7 years in real estate and road construction.
- Must be duly certified by a professional regulatory body
- Good knowledge of cost accounting or cost management
- Strong managerial skills
- Good communication skills
- Ethical and diligent towards work
- Strong negotiation skills.

2.) Internal Control and Audit Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- The Internal Control and Audit Officer is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization.
- This role involves conducting audits, analysing business processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- The role requires a thorough understanding of financial reporting, risk assessment, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic risk assessment to identify operational and financial risks and recommend risk-mitigating measures.
- Identify gaps and recommend internal control measures, including to appraise the adequacy of control systems.
- Ensure protection of the organization’s assets against fraud and theft.
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements, reports, accounting system.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
- Investigate identified and reported cases, including following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings in a timely manner.
- Verify the validity and certainty of goal achievement.
- Participate in the development and implementation a detailed audit plan.
- Recommend or provide requisite guidance on control for effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
- Commitment to ethical standards and high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional level verbal and written communication with good report writing and presentation skills.
- Hands on experience with relevant software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain objective view and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

3.) Tractor Operator
Job Location: Kogi
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Summary
- The Tractor Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and associated farm or construction machinery to perform tasks such as plowing, harrowing, planting, hauling, grading, or clearing land.
- The role ensures timely execution of field operations while adhering to safety, mechanical, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and related attachments (plows, harrows, trailers, mowers, graders, etc.) efficiently and safely.
- Transport goods, equipment, or materials within and outside the site.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on tractors before and after use (oil, fuel, hydraulics, tire pressure).
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations in the operation and handling of machinery.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials.
- Keep accurate records of hours worked and tasks completed.
- Report mechanical faults promptly to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Ensure safe operation around people, animals, and property.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and work orders.
- Participate in training or safety briefings when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a tractor operator or similar heavy machinery operator.
- Valid driver’s license and/or tractor operating certificate (where applicable).
- Knowledge of tractor mechanics and routine servicing.

4.) Procurement Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s purchasing activities, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- The role ensures compliance with internal procurement policies, vendor management, and contract negotiation while maintaining quality standards and supporting operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date procurement database, including supplier information, purchase history, and pricing.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure proper documentation, approval, and compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages and production delays.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and availability of goods.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
- Resolve any supply issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department on invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in Civil Construction.
- Professional certification (e.g, CIPS, NIPSM, or related) is an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of procurement policies, vendor sourcing, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
