We are Just Brand It, a 360 creative agency with core competencies in developing Corporate Visual Identity Systems (CVIS), Concept Generation and Brand Management Strategies. Our goal is to provide all round brand solutions to our customers. We are built on four pillars which are Brand Communication, Designs as a service, Promotional gift items and Print and Fabrication.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Content Creator Intern

Job Location: Shomolu / Palmgrove, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and media-savvy intern to help develop engaging content that showcases our work, promotes our services, and builds our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual and written content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with behind-the-scenes content capturing during ongoing branding and printing projects.
• Edit videos, photos, and short reels for digital use.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

Requirements

• Passion for content creation, digital storytelling, and visual branding.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of current trends.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

N100,000 Monthly.

3.) Business Growth Executive

Job Location: Palmgrove, Lagos

• The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic business development.
• You will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring our services remain relevant in an ever-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
• Source and secure new clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and team collaboration.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to identify and engage with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate effectively with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure service relevance.

Requirements

• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.Strong analytical and market research abilities.
