Job Description

• Are you an experienced Facility Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Supervise the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe and fully operational.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Space Planning: Optimize space utilization and layout for maximum efficiency.
• Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of company assets and equipment.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage facility budgets, including cost control measures and expense tracking.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of facility staff, including technicians and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor's degree in a related course
• Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of [3 years] in a leadership role.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write a detailed report.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND or B.Sc qualification with 3 - 4 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
