Job Position: Volunteer Content Creator

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator to join our growing volunteer team for a 3-month commitment. 
• You’ll help craft engaging content (written or visual) that showcases featured talents, events, and behind-the-scenes moments from the Talent and Tea community. 
• At the end of this period, there may be an opportunity for role extension or transition into a paid position based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form content (Instagram captions, reels, TikToks, or short articles/interviews)
• Collaborate with the social media manager and graphics team
• Share creative ideas to highlight talents and boost audience engagement
• Attend occasional virtual team check-ins.

Ideal Candidate

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Passionate about storytelling, talent, and creative culture
• Good writing or video editing skills (even if still developing!)
• Active on Instagram/TikTok or familiar with content trends
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
