We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Clinical Quality Manager
Job Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary
- The Clinical Quality Manager is instrumental in upholding and advancing our commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units of Lily Hospitals.
- This role provides leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement strategies, clinical governance frameworks, and compliance with both national and international health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the hospital’s Clinical Governance & Compliance framework.
- Drive continuous Quality Improvement Strategies across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Develop and maintain policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures aligned with COHSASA, ISO 9001, and Nigerian Health standards.
- Facilitate training and engagement programs for staff to ensure awareness and adherence to quality and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular monitoring, reporting, and audits to track performance against quality benchmarks.
- Serve as a confident communicator and influencer, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical quality management, compliance, or related healthcare leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and policy development skills.
- Proven ability to influence teams and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with COHSASA, ISO 9001, and Nigerian Health standards is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications/licenses in quality management or healthcare compliance will be an added advantage.

2.) Logistics Officer
Job Location: Warri, Delta

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Officer with 2–4 years of experience to support our operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations, scheduling, and coordinating related activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, transportation).
- Maintain schedules and ensure timely arrangements for staff and management.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and airlines to secure cost-effective bookings.
- Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide timely support in planning and coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and official assignments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and travel guidelines.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in logistics, travel booking, or scheduling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/travel management tools.

3.) Internal Control & Quality Assurance Associate
Job Location: Woji, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control & Quality Assurance Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, assessing, and improving quality processes, while ensuring compliance with internal control systems and international standards such as ISO, COHSASA, and Kaizen.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly analysis of Net Promoter Score and other customer service evaluations.
- Perform monthly spot checks on clinical and non-clinical processes.
- Assess and report patient feedback through visits, surveys, and external audits.
- Investigate and resolve hazards, near misses, and incidents on a daily basis.
- Monitor and report implementation of Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
- Support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO and COHSASA standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and support process improvements.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, DMAIC).
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
