1.) Wealth Manager (Fixed Deposit Mobilization)

Role Overview


  • Experienced Wealth Managers with existing affluent client networks sought to immediately drive sales of our LiteFi Wealth (Fixed Deposit Mobilisation) solution in Nigeria. 
  • Leverage your connections for rapid success and contribute to our evolving wealth management offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediately sell LiteFi Wealth (Fixed Deposit) to your existing affluent clients.
  • Efficiently onboard your clients to our platform.
  • Manage and grow relationships, focusing on LiteFi Wealth.
  • Expertly recommend LiteFi Wealth.
  • Achieve ambitious LiteFi Wealth (Fixed Deposit) sales targets.
  • Monitor Nigerian market trends.
  • Share client/market insights for product development.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Wealth/Investment Manager in Nigeria.
  • Readily available portfolio of affluent clients (min. NGN 500 Million AUM).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, especially fixed-income/deposit-like products (LiteFi Wealth).
  • Proven success leveraging existing networks for sales.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Awareness of the Nigerian financial market.
  • Ethical and client-focused.
  • Proficient with CRM and standard software.

Compensation & Benefits

2.) Business Development Manager - Auto Loan

Job Location: Lagos

Role Overview

  • Experienced Business Development Manager sought to aggressively grow our auto loan portfolio by targeting individuals who own vehicles (existing or intending to purchase new/foreign used) and wish to use them as collateral for loan acquisition. 
  • Leverage your network and expertise to reach these potential borrowers and drive significant loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage individuals with existing vehicles suitable for loan collateral.
  • Develop relationships with prospective borrowers looking to finance new or foreign used vehicle purchases using the vehicle as collateral.
  • Establish partnerships with entities that can connect us with individuals seeking collateral-based auto loans (e.g., dealerships selling foreign used cars, online marketplaces for vehicles).
  • Drive auto loan origination volume by effectively communicating the benefits of using vehicle equity as collateral.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the loan process.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies focused on collateral-based auto lending.
  • Stay informed on market trends relevant to vehicle ownership and financing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and collateral valuation.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in auto loan origination or business development, with a focus on or understanding of collateral-based lending.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new loan customers.
  • Strong network within the automotive ecosystem (dealerships, individual sellers, potential borrowers).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of vehicle valuation and collateral assessment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite.

3.) Junior Finance Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling accounts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including customer loans, savings and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper classification and accuracy.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring balances are accurate and consistent.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Process and record loan disbursements, repayments, and interest accruals, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the loan ledger.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor..

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
  • AAT certificate (Added Advantage)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills.
