We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) HR Outsourcing Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The HR Outsourcing Manager will partner with the Accounts Offshore Team and provide general human resources support including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management compensation, employee relations, and communication
  • Additionally, will be tapped for consultancy services regarding HR standards, practices, and employee relations.

Detailed Job Description

  • Supports the organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes for outsourcing staff.
  • Prepares outsourced employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, including the preparation of project-based, outsourced, and secondment contracts.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations with respect to outsourcing, secondment, and project employees. Represent the organization with labor and/or government agencies.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Enhances the organization’s human resources for outsourcing by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources pool, policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all outsourcing, secondment, and project-based employee positions.
  • Manages outsourced staff pay plan, including checking of timesheets, monitoring of overtime pay and leaves, administration of benefits, directing the processing of benefit claims.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of outsourcing employee work and coordinates with clients.
  • Completes outsourced human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by management.

Qualification Requirements

  • Graduate of BSc Psychology or other related courses.
  • With at least 8 years of managerial experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • With a strong background in different HR facets especially in Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Development, and Labor Relations.
  • Mature, efficient, accountable, trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

2.) Direct Sales Agent

Job Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Execute all tasks and activities related to the marketing of products/ services to existing and prospective customers within the assigned region and business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company products by marketing Company's products and service offerings to current and potential clients within the assigned jurisdiction.
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions guiding Company's products and services.
  • Inform customers of the distinguishing features and benefits of Company's new products and services.
  • Participate in the implementation of effective marketing strategies, programmes and activities aimed at meeting customer needs, enhance asset creation and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain client base through aggressive customer relationship building and management.
  • Obtain and file supporting documents and customer correspondence required in closing a deal and provide all other administrative support for transactions.
  • Log and resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating to other support units where necessary to ensure effective resolution.
  • Participate in the recovery action on non-performing loans, including watch listed accounts.
  • Conduct customer surveys and business environmental analysis and generate relevant information for product/ service development.
  • Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Team Leader, Marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with at least 1 year of work experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of marketing models.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing – advertising, brand management, market/sector targeting, product development etc.
  • Expert knowledge of Company's products and services.
  • Possession of in-depth knowledge of customer acquisition/ retention strategies
  • Good knowledge of the Nigerian Financial Services Industry with emphasis on the mortgage, real estate financing and retail/small business banking sub-sectors

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High level of drive and resilience in achieving set goals/ targets.
  • Good appreciation and working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability

3.) Rigless Well Intervention Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Rigless Intervention Well Intervention will provide support to plan and execute the rigless intervention campaign and also support the delivery of the program to achieve the yearly target from well restoration using rigless intervention techniques.
  • Provide support in planning the rigless intervention programs in cooperation with the Asset team while maintaining the Health Safety and Environment safe practices.
  • Provide support to the rigless intervention contracting strategy and Wells aspiration
  • Provide support to various technical tenders, develop the technical specification and progress the following specialized tenders from tender initiation to contract award: Slick Line Intervention systems, Rigless Completion Systems, and Intervention Vessels.
  • He/she should be able to manage rigless intervention which varies from acidization, use of Slickline Intervention Package, Cementing, Coil Tubing etc.
  • Ensure are process safety considerations are fully embedded in the planning and design.
  • Define the rigless intervention cost and schedule estimate appropriate to the project phase.
  • Provide Support to rigless input to various project deliverables and the WRFM team including but not limited to rigless well intervention strategies, value improvement plans, Risk and Opportunity register, Interface management
  • Coach and mentor younger CWI staff in the Well Delivery Process in accordance with the Wells Framework.

Job Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years CWI experience with at least 4 years in completions Drilling/CWI.
  • Minimum of 6 years well operations, and 4 years of experience in Well intervention Engineer and /or supervisor role
  • Experience in completion design and programming and the application of DCAF and operations logistics and materials
  • Possession of a valid IWCF / WIPC (combined supervisory levels 2,3, & 4) certificate or equivalent.
  • Good commercial awareness and appreciation of life cycle costing
  • An ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of the application of QA/QC processes and procedures.
  • High level of HSE commitment and awareness.
  • Good communication and command of English language, both spoken and written in order to fit into a multinational workforce.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and dynamic personality, capable of performing in a work environment which only provides limited resources.
