1.) Sales Training Specialist

Job Description
- We are looking for a Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams. Responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning materials and evaluating results after each training session.
- For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.
- Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
- Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of work experience.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
2.) Data Engineer

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines and data storage solutions.
- As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining ETL pipelines, data models, and data governance policies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data processing and storage solutions using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and EMR.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from various sources.
- Build and manage data warehouses and data lakes that can support complex analytics and reporting requirements.
- Develop and deploy data models, data dictionaries, and data governance policies to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and optimize data processing and storage performance to ensure data availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data engineering field and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's data strategy.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Experience in building data pipelines for Financial Services or similar projects on the AWS ecosystem.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Expert knowledge in Python, Pyspark, SQL, and code management (git).
- Strong ETL Skills, experience with data management systems and SQL tuning.
- Experience with measuring data quality.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and EMR.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to have:
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty or AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
- Experience working with Airflow, Prefect, dbt, and other related tools.
- Experience with stream processing technologies such as Kafka and Kinesis.
- Knowledge of Data Security and Privacy.

- 5 years of product management experience with at least 2 years scaling an app product;

4.) Field Sales Agent
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Achievement of agreed sales targets/objectives for the defined parameters which are set by the business
- Identify and understand the customer's need
- Source for customers to take and access loans
- Ensure the customer's profile matches loan requirements
- Be abreast with the company's products
- Obtain all necessary documents on the company’s checklists
- Follow-up with the Team Lead on applications submitted
- Participate in sales activations/road shows/market storms
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievement vs actual
- Follow-up on referrals, generate leads
- Prepare daily reports and pipelines
- Ensure timely submission of application forms and documents at the branch
- Participate in Weekly/Monthly Sales Performance Review
- Escalate all challenges through Team Lead and Channel Manager
- Any other ancillary duties assigned by the organization
Requirements
- Result driven mindset
- Experience working in a microfinance bank or loan company
- Strong negotiation and marketing skills
- Relevant field sales experience
