We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) IT & Social Media Support Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
- This is a hybrid role with major focus on social media management (70%) and basic IT support (30%).
- You’ll craft content, engage with our online community, generate leads, and also provide first-level tech assistance to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — content creation, posting, engagement
- Generate and track leads from social media; support sales team
- Monitor social media performance & produce regular analytics reports
- Respond to customer inquiries via social channels
- Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot PCs, printers, internet, and email issues
- Install and maintain basic software; manage digital assets
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in social media management + basic IT support
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, copywriting)
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Good problem-solving and customer service attitude
- Basic troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, connectivity).

2.) Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Market Development and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients in both private and public sectors.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to conversion through consultative selling.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Prepare tailored business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Client Relationship and Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation.
Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, pricing strategies, and product performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to plan promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to planning and budgeting processes.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and close sales that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices in all transactions.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt of funds in collaboration with the Accounts team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales (preferably in a medical/laboratory equipment or healthcare environment).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary
- N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
- N60,000 Monthly Float Allowance
- 1% Sales commission.

3.) Reagent Sales Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Overview
- We are seeking energetic and self-motivated OND holders to join our Reagents Sales & Marketing Team at SixthLab.
- The ideal candidates will drive market penetration by selling our range of medical and laboratory reagents directly to wholesalers, retailers, and end users.
- They will be responsible for generating new leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand visibility at the grassroots level through consistent field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell SixthLab’s reagents to wholesalers, distributors, and medical outlets.
- Visit assigned territories daily to introduce products, secure new customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers on product usage, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Report competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Manage and properly utilize the weekly float allowance for field activities.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
- Work with the sales supervisor to plan and execute market activation campaigns.
- Attend product and sales training sessions as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- onthly sales volume and revenue generated
- Number of new customers acquired
- Territory coverage and market visibility
- Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels
Qualifications & Skills
- OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Science Laboratory Technology, or related field.
- Prior field sales or marketing experience (especially in pharmaceuticals, reagents, or FMCG) is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays:9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: N70,000 per month
- Weekly Float Allowance:?7,000 (for field expenses)
- Commission:percentage on reagent sold
- Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, not allSaturdays
- Performance Incentives:Additional rewards based on volume and target achievement
