We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Carpenter
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Carpenter is responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wooden materials to create furniture, fittings, or structural components according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and related materials according to drawings or templates.
- Construct, install, and repair furniture, cabinets, doors, frames, and wooden fixtures.
- Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders
- Collaborate with production team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- SSCE / OND / Trade Test Certificate in Carpentry or Woodwork.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in furniture or wood production.
- Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery.
- Good understanding of measurements, materials, and joinery techniques.
- Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.

2.) Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Role Description
- The Furniture Sales Executive Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their home furnishing needs, presenting furniture solutions, and closing sales.
- This role involves excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.
Job Description
- Assist customers in the showroom, identifying their furniture and interior décor needs.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance goals
- Explain features, materials, pricing, and customization options of furniture pieces.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer lifestyle, space, and budget.
- Provide accurate product information, including dimensions, materials, lead times, and care instructions.
- Prepare and process sales orders, and invoices accurately using the CRM software.
- Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback, delivery coordination, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the delivery/logistics team to schedule customer deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- At least 4 - 6 years of proven sales or customer service experience in retail or furniture sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus.
Pay
N150,000.00 - N250,000.00 per month (+commission).

3.) Finance Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic Finance Officer who will be responsible for managing financial processes and ensuring the efficient flow of financial information within the company.
- The role requires maintaining financial records, supporting budget preparation, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing financial reports to senior management.
- This position will be critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support the company's manufacturing operations and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor manufacturing costs and expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
- Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted targets, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Oversee the allocation of overheads and fixed costs within the production process.
- Ensure the company maintains sufficient cash flow to meet operational requirements, including vendor payments, salaries, and other liabilities.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure prompt and accurate collection and payment.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including preparation of tax returns and management of audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure the company’s financial records are accurate and compliant.
- Oversee inventory valuations and ensure accurate financial reporting of manufacturing assets.
- Continuously review financial and accounting processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Propose improvements to the existing financial management systems to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and increase profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance and cost efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is compulsory.
- Experience with financial software (SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing processes, and financial reporting.
