We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:


1.) Medical Laboratory Scientist

Job Location: Mowe / Shimawa, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring accurate diagnoses to support quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.
  • Analyze samples and interpret results.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of test findings.
  • Adhere to standard laboratory protocols and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements

  • BMLS Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

2.) Sonographer / Radiographer


Job Location: Mowe / Shimawa, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ultrasound examinations following physician requests and established procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Capture clear diagnostic images and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment efficiently.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to support accurate diagnosis.
  • Adhere to clinic policies, safety, and infection control standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sonography or related field.
  • Proven experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound scans.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Sonographer (where applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and image interpretation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and patient.

3.) Registered Nurse

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse/Midwife:

  • The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing family planning, maternity, and midwifery services as part of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification or license in midwifery
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, especially in maternity care
  • Family Planning, Maternity, and Midwifery skills
  • Medicine and Nursing knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
