We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Cook

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Are you a skilled and reliable Cook with a passion for preparing delicious meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment?
• We are seeking a dedicated team player to join our kitchen and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Support the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 years of experience
• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting
• Good communication and time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

2.) Restaurant Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Strategize accordingly.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all local licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Submit timely reports on sales, employee performance, inventory, and customer feedback to upper management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

3.) Waiter / Waitress

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests:Welcome and seat guests.
• Taking orders: Taking food and drink orders from customers.
• Serving food and beverages: Delivering food and drinks to customers on time.
• Answering questions: Answering customer questions about the menu and recipes.
• Handling payments: Handling cash or card payments.
• Setting tables: Keeping the dining area clean and tidy after use and setting up for the next use.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction: Handling any complaints and making sure guests are happy.
• Adhering to timing standards: Ensuring hot food is hot and cold food is cold.
• Making recommendations and upselling menu: Making menu recommendations to upsell.
• Preparing bills: Preparing the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 0 - 1 year of experience
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure.
