We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Distribution Officer

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos

Job Summary


  • The Distribution Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient movement of finished goods from the manufacturing facility to various distribution points.
  • This role ensures timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align distribution schedules with demand.
  • Coordinate daily distribution operations including order dispatch, transportation, and delivery tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation of stock movement.
  • Select and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during loading, unloading, and transit.
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery confirmations, and transportation costs.
  • Analyze distribution data to identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to logistics and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics or distribution, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

2.) Production Supervisor (Table Water)

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Production

Job Summary

  • The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations in the table water production line, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • The role involves managing production staff, monitoring processes, enforcing hygiene protocols, and maintaining equipment performance to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all stages of water production purification, bottling, capping, labeling, and packaging.
  • Monitor and control production parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.) to ensure product consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and allocate work schedules to meet daily production targets.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure water purity meets NAFDAC and WHO standards.
  • Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production area.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the production line to identify and correct deviations.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any faults to maintenance promptly.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment logs.
  • Supervise production operators, cleaners, and packers.
  • Provide training on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure discipline, teamwork, and high morale among production staff.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
  • Track material usage and report shortages or wastage.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a table water or beverage manufacturing plant.
  • Water treatment and bottling processes
  • Quality standards (e.g., NAFDAC, ISO, HACCP)
  • Equipment operation (blow molding, filling, capping, labeling machines)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3.) Retail Distribution Manager

Job Location: Suleja, Niger
Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Distribution Manager to oversee and coordinate our retail distribution network across assigned territories.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient product availability across retail outlets, manage distribution operations, and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to drive sales growth and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive market penetration and increase sales volume.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand retail distribution, and grow the customer base.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to enhance sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners.
  • Ensure effective in-store merchandising and visibility of the company’s products.
  • Work with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and trade activations.
  • Travel, cover, and coordinate distribution network across assigned territories (Niger State, Kogi State & FCT)
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment.
  • Conduct training sessions for retail staff and distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Address and resolve any issues affecting retail sales performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail outlets.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights into product improvements.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail distribution, sales operations, or channel management (FMCG industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office, and ERP distribution management systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of retail distribution networks, logistics and trade marketing
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
