We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed overall sales and business development objectives.
 - Oversee marketing spend to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
 - Supervise preparation and submission of proposals and bids to secure high-value contracts.
 - Identify and develop key relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and clients.
 - Report performance insights and progress to the Head of Business services, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
 - 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles within the oil & gas, EPCIC, or energy services sector.
 - Proven track record of revenue growth and successful tendering in high-value projects.
 - Strong negotiation, leadership, and management skills.
 - Excellent understanding of the Nigerian oil & gas market, NIPEX tendering processes , and regulatory frameworks.

2.) Senior Internal Control Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for establishing and implementing a robust internal control framework across all departments of Westfield Energy Resources Limited.
 - The role ensures compliance with company policies, financial integrity, risk mitigation, and performance governance.
 - The position reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with the Performance Governance & Risk/ISO Units.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement internal control policies and procedures.
 - Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across departments.
 - Monitor adherence to financial, operational, and procurement processes.
 - Identify control weaknesses, propose remedial actions, and track implementation.
 - Support management in evaluating departmental KPIs and performance frameworks.
 - Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and statutory requirements.
 - Investigate irregularities, fraud, and non-compliance cases.
 - Prepare internal audit reports and present findings to management.
 - Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and HR teams to strengthen control systems.
 - Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
 - Minimum of 6–10 years of relevant experience in internal control, audit, or risk management (Oil & Gas industry experience preferred).
 - Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA will be an advantage.
 - Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
 - In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, ISO standards, and Nigerian corporate regulations.
 - Excellent communication, integrity, and attention to detail.

3.) Technical Assistant to the Managing Director
Job Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- The Technical Assistant (TA) to the Managing Director will provide high-level strategic, analytical, and operational support to the Managing Director in driving corporate initiatives, business performance, and stakeholder engagements.
 - The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can synthesize complex information, prepare executive briefs, track strategic projects, and coordinate interdepartmental performance reports.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical, technical, and research support to the Managing Director on business strategy, operations, and performance matters.
 - Track implementation of key strategic initiatives and performance scorecards across departments.
 - Prepare executive reports, presentations, memos, and board documents for internal and external stakeholders.
 - Coordinate and follow up on decisions made at management and executive meetings.
 - Liaise with departmental heads to ensure timely submission of performance and project updates.
 - Support the MD in monitoring sales, revenue, and operational KPIs.
 - Assist in policy formulation, compliance tracking, and risk mitigation initiatives.
 - Represent the Managing Director in internal meetings when required.
 - Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all dealings.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage).
 - 3–7 years of experience in technical, strategic, or performance management roles within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Consulting sectors.
 - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
 - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of discretion.
 - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
