1.) Medical Sales Representative

Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell medical products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Aggressively coordinate sales efforts within assigned sales territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Open new business and distributorship channels for the organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical sales representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

2.) Fulfilment Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fulfillment Officer to join our team. As a Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. If you have a proven track record of 3 years in a similar role and a passion for logistics and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Daily record of sales
  • Receive and process orders from HMOs and telemedicines partners daily.
  • Relate with HMOs and update them on the status on orders accordingly.
  • Monitor and resolve any fulfillment issues or discrepancies
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Relate with pharmacies to get details of requests for customers
  • Follow-up on partners via WhatsApp, SMS and phone on pending transactions
  • Send invoices to the Reconciliation Manager via various invoice groups.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND or OND with 3 years of work experience in similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

Salary:
N75,000 per month plus other benefits.

3.) Accounts Officer

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial reporting.
  • To work closely with the finance team and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions accurately and timely using accounting software or spreadsheets. This includes processing invoices, payments, receipts, and other related transactions.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Adhere to internal controls and contribute to the implementation of best practices in financial management.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support as required.
  • Prepare and updating accounting data or other financial reports required to provide accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards of the company’s earnings, sales, loans, and debts, and all other financial matters.
  • Responsible for using and maintaining the filing system of the company at all times and in line with existing policies.
  • Undertaking any necessary duties to ensure a first-class service is provided always.
  • Keeping the fixed assets register, computing monthly depreciation and recording fixed assets disposals, as appropriate.
  • Survey the business's operations to ascertain accounting needs and recommend solutions, suppliers, and other third parties as required.
  • Maintain annual company budgets and preparing required reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Being an ambassador for the business always.

Qualifications, Competency & Skills Required

  • Qualification in Accounting or minimum of two years’ previous accounting experience.
  • Experienced popular and current accounting software/applications (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage) user.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to administer both internal and external correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to always work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experienced Microsoft Office user, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Great at staying calm and diplomatic under intense pressure.
  • Able to manage time, prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met and targets achieved, and take personal responsibility for own work & actions.
  • Able to work within a secure and confidential environment, maintain confidentiality, and always demonstrate tact and diplomacy.

Salary
N100,000 - N115,000 / month.
