1.) Area Sales Executive - MFI (West Central)

Job Location: Osun

About the Team
The Team you would join:

• Sun King's partnership and business development team covering our partnerships business in West and Central Africa has been growing consistently over the last 5 years at remarkable scale with a large partner base of over 300 partners.

About the Role

• The Area Sales Executive will work closely with the Commercial team (Partnership Sales) to serve existing and potential Microfinance Institution partners by providing product and service information, supporting trade activations while resolving product issues effectively.

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:

• Drive sales across consumer sales channels in the assigned territory.
• Branch level inventory management
• Fulfilling within reasonable time aftersales and warranty requirements.
• Consolidating reports on other companies selling similar products, routes traveled, branches visited and activated, sales and stock position etc.
• Receiving client queries and resolving consumer and channel queries with stipulated guidelines and timelines.
• Provide assistance towards trade activations and marketing campaigns as per set plans.
• Planning and conducting product and sales trainings to partner staff.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:

• Have a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing
• Excellent people skills.
• Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and spoken local
• language corresponding to the area of assignment (Yoruba / Edo / Igbo / Hausa)
• Clear thinking/problem solving ability
• Have two to five years’ hands on experience in service/ FMCG or Renewable Energy industry
• Is computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Strong customer focus
• Keen to deliver high standards of service
• Must be ready to travel 75% of the time
• Results oriented and able to prioritize measurable goals.
• Possesses an Android phone

2.) Customer Fulfilment Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

About the Team
The Team you will join:

• The Sun King Operations team makes sure Sun King products are produced, shipped, imported, and distributed to consumers around the world and ensures that warranty products are promptly attended to, and end of life products are disposed of.
• The Operations team is comprised of innovative, solutions oriented people that work closely with Sun King’s global and regional Research and Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to make sure hundreds of thousands of Sun King products reach last-mile consumers each month.

About the Role

• The Customer Fulfillment Specialist will serve as the interface between the company and customers.
• The person will ensure that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner, so customers return and refer the business to other potential customers. 

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:

• Manages the entire cluster of retails shops or partners to ensure all orders requested are fulfilled.
• Preparing Proforma Invoice, Packing lists and other sales/export documents.
• Handling all investigations and reconciliations of all customer complaints and queries on short delivery, damaged goods, delayed delivery, delayed order, blocked order, wrong invoicing/pricing etc. on a daily and timely basis and treats all correspondence.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction after service is provided.
• Partake in the development and implementation of customer service/ fulfillment policies and procedures.
• Direct the daily operations of the fulfilment service team.
• Plan, priorities and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
• Develop customer/fulfillment satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis and memos to the department.
• Reports order processing time analysis, on-time departure rate and fulfilment rates.
• Ensures accurate and correct database of customers in line with approved financial risks levels.
• Work with the Sales Team in monitoring the level of trade returns and classification of returns by reason codes with the aim of reducing occurrence to its barest.
• Review and track customer complaints and resolutions.
• Handle complex and escalated customer / fulfillment service issues.
• Define and communicate customer /fulfillments service standards.
• Focus on the key customer service drivers: customer service mind-set; timely order processing, proactive notification about the delivery status; exceptional management efficient order management.
• Work with the Logistics coordinator to ensure on time delivery of customers’ orders and retail outlets

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:

• Have a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Supply Chain / Purchasing and Supplies / Business Management or related field.
• Have 2 years of cogent experience preferably FMCG in the supply chain line .
• Have SCM Business Knowledge.
• Are an effective time manager and work under little or no supervision.
• Have soft skills such as turning complaints into opportunities, handling difficult customers, and managing customers’ expectations.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Excellent hands-on Experience on use of computer tools (excel /macros /v-lookup /charts /pivot table) to be able to provide insights into data is a must have.
• Are good in solving problems with an open mind to go the extra mile.
• Have good Internal Stakeholder Management.
• Have the ability to accept changes and come up with agile solutions
• Have the ability to work with distributors, sales teams, and sales agents to ensure smooth distribution operations.
• Have knowledge and working experience with a robust ERP / WMS (knowledge of SAP materials management module is an added advantage).

3.) Sun King Store Executive

About the Team
The team you would join:

• The EasyBuy Direct Sales team is the market facing arm of Sun King’s pay-as-you-go (PAYG) direct to consumer sales business. 
• The Easy Buy Direct Sales team is in charge of recruiting, managing, and overseeing the company’s network of thousands of commission sales agents, called “Energy Officers” that promote and sell Sun King’s PAYG solar solutions and provide customer ongoing service in their local territories.  
• Through the EasyBuy PAYG solar business model, customers can purchase a Sun King solar home solution by making a small down-payment up front and paying the remaining balance through a series of installments over a period of time.

About the Role

• The Sun King Shop Executive will ensure that the overall performance targets of the store are met both in terms of quality and quantity.

Responsibilities
Inventory management:

• Receive stock and keep track of inventory from warehouse
• Manage and issue out stock as per FIFO standards
• Dispatch stocks as per requirement
• Perform daily cycle counts on stock
• Receive faulty stock from the field and consolidate for disposal
• Conduct monthly stock take
• Maintain and update stock cards
• Keep and provide off-the -shelf sales details when needed
• Maintain an updated Goods Received and Goods Issued log online
• Manage all spare parts inventory and re-orders

Reports:

• Prepare daily on hand stock report for stakeholders use
• Report on daily issued out stock for replacement and or replenishment

Repairs:

• Repairs and Spare Parts management
• Take custody of the repair tools and tool kits
• Perform basic check on the faulty units before replacement
• Conduct basic repair on the in warranty returns

Store management:

• Ensure the center is well maintained tidy and that the shop floor arrangement is per SKU
• Ensure neatness on the repair work bench in line
• Observation of safety procedures to avert hazards at the work bench
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide assistance as necessary
• Receive faulty components, identify the technical issue and verify warranty eligibility through several technical checks
• Support Energy Officers and coordinate with Call Center in resolving customer queries

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
• Have 2 years of hands on experience in a service center
• Have effective communication and people skills
• Are a team player with high levels of flexibility
• Have proven report-writing experience
• Have broad knowledge of the Sun King products
• Is able to demonstrate high levels of integrity with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Have strong customer focus
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Are a computer literate with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
