1.) Nurse

Job Location: Ojodu Beger / Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Hour Requirement: 8am -5pm (Monday - Saturday)


Job Summary

  • As a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering patient-centered care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
  • You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care, promote health, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
  • Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • MUST have obtained Registered Nurse (RN) licence
  • Minimum of 1 year of post nursing school work experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of emergency care.
  • Must be resident in Lagos and be available to resume immediately.
  • Minimum of two years post-RN training work experience in care provision or medical service.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification (if applicable).
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

2.) Full-Time Pharmacist

Job Location: Ojodu Beger / Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Hour Requirement: 8am -10pm (Day on/Day off)

Job Summary

  • Full-Time Pharmacist will prescribe drugs, counsel and provide information to patients about medications and their use.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Informing customers of any potential side effects.
  • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
  • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and industry trends.
  • Providing medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
  • Providing other health advice, such as guidance on stopping smoking.
  • Ensuring a safe, organized and clean pharmacy environment.
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience required.
  • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.

Pharmacologist

Location: Ojodu Beger / Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Pharmacologist expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and ensuring that medication management is safe and effective.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of prescription orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive drug information to walk-in clients, including dosages, proper usage, and potential side effects.
  • Participate in training and supervising pharmacy support staff to ensure compliance with best practices and safety standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing and client interactions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy policies and protocols related to medication management.
  • Monitor the client’s responses to prescribed medications and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay current with developments in pharmacology and healthcare regulations.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Valid and up-to-date Pharmacologist license from the appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clear patient education.
  • Proficiency in computerized pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
