We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Growth Executive

Job Location: Palmgrove, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic branding and advertising team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic business development.
• You will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring our services remain relevant in an ever-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
• Source and secure new clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and team collaboration.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to identify and engage with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate effectively with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure service relevance.
• Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, tactics, and action plans that deliver measurable results.
• Understand the target market and align strategies to customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in branding/advertising is a plus).
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and market research abilities.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.

2.) Quality & Order Manager

Job Location: Palmgroove, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Order Manager to oversee our order fulfillment, inventory, and procurement processes.
• This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, accurate order delivery, efficient inventory management, and effective vendor relationships.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality control procedures across fulfillment operations, including inspections and audits.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Supervise procurement activities including vendor selection, supplier performance, and contract management.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related issues and address customer feedback.
• Provide leadership and direction to unit managers in procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in relevant academic field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, order fulfillment, inventory, or procurement, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management, inventory systems, and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Salary
N250,000 per month.

3.) Fulfillment & Inventory Officer

Job Location: Palmgroove, Lagos

Job Description

• The Fulfillment and Inventory Officer is responsible for leading and managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• This role will oversee inventory management, picking and packing operations, shipping logistics, identifying and resolving any issues to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels, including forecasting demand and managing stock rotation to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Implement inventory optimization strategies to maintain accurate stock counts and improve warehouse efficiency
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Order Fulfillment Operations:

• Manage the picking and packing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Monitor and optimize shipping timelines to meet delivery deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in fulfillment management role within a warehouse or distribution centre
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details and multitasking skills
• Experience working in a printing/ branding company is an added advantage
