We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


1.)  Customer Success Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Department: Operations

About the Role

  • We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Customer Success Executive, reporting to the City Manager.
  • As a proven result-driven person, the Customer Success Executive must possess a good command of the English Language.
  • In this role, you will dig deep into monitoring and compliance that makes the organization more efficient, effective, and amazing. If you've got zeal, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for compliance, this is the role for you!

The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be charged with monitoring, supporting, and resolving drivers issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is skilled in Communication and who is knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Suites and Data Analytics.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Receive inbound calls from drivers
  • Make outbound calls to drives
  • Conduct driver survey
  • Compile data from driver survey
  • Monitor drivers’ performance
  • Conduct daily check-in on drivers’ pulse
  • Support drivers
  • Solve drivers' issues while drivers are in transit
  • Accountability of all Moove vehicles
  • Ensure that drivers obey rules and regulations as laid down by the company.
  • Ensure that drivers get the right information from the company.

KPIs that will be measured after you start  

  • Daily retention targets as % of return walkins
  • Daily Ticket resolutions for DPs basis physical and remote interactions
  • Daily Driver performance basis supply hour and trip targets of the city
  • Weekly churn targets
  • Daily helping DPs increase earnings if SH is at optimal level, monitored via week on week DP earnings
  • Overall DP portfolio monitoring basis allocated count of DPs

Requirements
What you will need for this position:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Ability to manage people.
  • 4 years experience in customer care/support roles.
  • Experience in a customer-centric industry is an added advantage.(e.g. Banking & Telecoms)
  • The candidate must possess an eye for details.

2.)  Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations)

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive finance, fleet leasing management, or car rental industry knowledge and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies, and leading teams.
  • The Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations) will be prepared to be fully accountable for optimizing drivers’ productivity.

The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations) who will develop and maintain supportive relations with drivers within our Operations team and be an ambassador for the team across the company and external stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a business expert and who also has deep knowledge in the Acquisition of drivers, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, and drivers relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, managing and implementing drivers acquisition strategy.
  • Developing recommendations to reach new drivers, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Managing driver agency relationships to ensure they meet company KPIs.
  • Clearly communicating the progress of acquisition initiatives.
  • Analyzing and reporting performance data on the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
  • Building a driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels
  • Managing driver referral and incentive schemes.
  • Work with the Driver monitoring manager in building harmonious relations between drivers.
  • Developing and maintaining amiable, genuine, and supportive relations with drivers on a personal and professional level and collaborating with other departments to solve their problems
  • Optimizing drivers' productivity in compliance with the company's policies.

Requirements
What You will need for this position:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Operations or any related fields.
  • 2-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or marketplace experience in the mobility or tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the Haulage sector will be an added advantage.
  • Direct experience leading driver onboarding for a top-tier African mobility marketplace is an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

3.)   CIM & Quality Executive

Reporting to: the Senior Manager, CIM & Quality

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Compliance Insurance Maintenance (CIM) & Quality Executive, reporting to the Senior Manager, CIM & Quality, with a dotted line to the Regional Head of CIM & Quality.
  • The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of fleet operations and maintenance requirements as well as relevant experience working with a Fleet Management System and the supporting fleet compliance systems.
  • The CIM & Quality Executive will be prepared to be fully accountable for the safe & efficient operation of our fleet in full compliance with existing legislation, agreed policy, procedure, practice, and documentation.
  • As a proven result-driven person, the CIM & Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, insurance, and maintenance requirements are in place per local market in order to keep Moove vehicles moving safely.
  • In this role, you will dig deep into understanding the technical and administrative rules and regulations regarding fleet management.

The Opportunity

  • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who has a growing interest to be a fleet telematics expert and who has a good understanding of industry legislative and compliance regulations.
  • We are looking for a CIM & Quality Executive, to assist in enhancing and supporting the compliance requirements of our Fleet in a local market, ensuring that our Fleet is utilised; managed, and maintained in a manner that is above industry standards.
  • They will also have excellent communication, organization; multitasking, and technical skills.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  • Assist in claims management.
  • Analyse risks associated with policies.
  • Assist in implementing Insurance, maintenance and quality procedures.
  • Support with regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
  • Follow Up daily on cars that are in repairs.
  • Ensure that vehicles are inspected and serviced in accordance with OEM and Moove policies
  • Ensure that all traffic fines and other driver-related infringements are assigned to the drivers or appropriately deducted
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
  • Track the progress of the roll-out of fleet in the market in terms of telematics fitment, swag, and overall vehicle readiness for hand over to client
  • Ensure that all systems are fully updated with vehicle information and details including but not limited to internal VMS Telematics systems and Uber systems
  • Communicate with team members and managers both verbally and written on the progress of Fleet rollout.
  • Utilize Google Docs and Sheets in many areas of your work with ease.
  • Be service-oriented with a positive attitude, interest in learning, technically savvy, and flexible.
  • Ensure that all permits are appropriately actioned on all vehicles and renewed as required in the respective markets.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and traffic infringements are assigned to the respective drivers.
  • Adhoc tasks, assignments, investigations, and solutions as required by Management.

Who You'll Be Working with:

  • Directly reporting to the Senior Manager, CIM & Quality, and closely working with our Regional Head of CIM & Quality.

  • TAT for vehicle servicing
  • Claims acceptance %
  • Total Loss claims % and TAT
  • Vehicle in NPA state during accidents
  • Tracking vehicle ageing and service history
  • Finding OES parts solutions in case of parts shortage

What You Will Need For this Position

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is preferred and experience as an (Automobile) Service Advisor.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Good understanding of insurance management, requirements and dynamic
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Technically savvy: Google Suites and databases.
  • Strong business writing and speaking skills.
  • Attention to Detail.
